Overview
Signals are the entry point for prospect identification in Unstuck Engine. They capture prospect activities from various sources and automatically route qualified prospects through your ICP and Persona filters.
Signals fall into four intent categories:
Zero intent – Database searches with no behavioral signal
1st party intent – Direct interactions with your company
2nd party intent – Social signals showing topic interest
3rd party intent – External behavioral signals
How Signals work
Signal runs – Monitors specific activities
Prospects identified – Captures individuals performing these activities
ICP filtering – Evaluates if prospects work at companies matching your ICPs
Persona filtering – Checks if prospects match your linked Personas
Signals aggregated – Multiple signals are aggregated at both the person and company level
Records created – Qualified prospects appear in the Records tab with all their signals and engagement scores
